Terms of Service for DecorAI AI Interior Design App

By downloading, installing, or using the DecorAI app, or by visiting our website at www.decorairemodel.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

DecorAI is an AI interior design application that allows users to upload photos of rooms and receive AI-generated redesigns in various styles. Our service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party services including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai to generate interior design visualizations.

• You may need to create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

DecorAI offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
• Free tier features may be modified at our discretion

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to DecorAI
• By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them through our AI services for the purpose of generating designs
• AI-generated designs are provided for personal, non-commercial visualization purposes unless otherwise specified in your subscription tier
• You must have the right to upload any photos you submit (e.g., photos of spaces you own or have permission to photograph)
• You agree not to upload photos containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content that you do not have rights to

• AI-generated designs are provided “as is” for visualization purposes only
• Designs are not professional architectural or engineering plans
• We do not guarantee the feasibility, safety, or accuracy of any AI-generated design
• You should consult with qualified professionals before making any renovation or remodeling decisions based on AI-generated designs
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting conditions, and room complexity

Our app integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

• OpenAI — AI processing for image analysis and generation
• Microsoft Azure — Cloud infrastructure and AI services
• Replicate — AI model hosting and inference
• Fal.ai — AI inference platform
• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, storage, and analytics
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• Google AdMob — Advertising services
• Google Analytics — Usage analytics
• Meta Pixel — Advertising tracking

We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or operations of these third-party services.

The free version of DecorAI displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements. Premium subscribers may access an ad-free experience depending on their subscription tier.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload photos containing harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated designs for commercial purposes without authorization
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

The DecorAI app, including its design, code, branding, logos, and AI models, are owned by or licensed to Rocket Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our app without our written consent. The “DecorAI” name and logo are trademarks of Rocket Digital Limited.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED DESIGNS ARE FOR VISUALIZATION PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS PROFESSIONAL DESIGN, ARCHITECTURAL, OR ENGINEERING ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rocket Digital Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
